Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add, then open Plop from your Home Screen.

iPhones only allow notifications for apps on the Home Screen, so open Plop from there.

Plop without opening the app

Log a plop with "Hey Siri, Plop", a double-tap on the back of your iPhone, or the Action Button.

Keep it private: it can log plops as you.
Open the Shortcuts app and tap +.
Add the action Get Contents of URL and paste your link.
Tap the arrow (or Show More) and change Method to POST.
Optional: add Show Result to see who got buzzed.
Name the shortcut Plop. Now say "Hey Siri, Plop".
Back Tap: Settings › Accessibility › Touch › Back Tap › Double Tap › Plop.

For safety, Plop can't show this link again later. Lost it? Make a new one.

Press and hold the Plop icon on your Home screen for Log a plop and Splashback. You can drag them onto your Home screen too.
